Did you know it is Sulphur that makes OTHER dried apricots stay artificially orange? We like our apricots organically grown - sweet, dark and WITHOUT sulphur, just the NATURAL taste and goodness.

In the early 1980's when we wanted organic figs, we knew there were none! So we set up our own project, working with like-minded farmers and the Good Food Foundation to grow them.

Our basmati rice is grown in a valley that is fertilised once a year by the annual snow melt. The rich soil and dedicated small farming community produce the spectacularly white, firm and fragrant rice that is Crazy Jack's
